Making Memories {Moraine State Park}

Taking advantage of the last few days of summer, we spent Saturday afternoon at Moraine State Park about a half-hour north of us. In a big parenting fail example, I thought I had the kids' swimsuits in the pool bag already to go. Turns out they weren't in there afterall. The girls wore Henry's two shirts he had packed (good thing he threw in an extra) and Ryan wore his back-up outfit for potty training. All was not lost... we still made the best of the day by building sand castles and swimming in the lake.
