A weekend and a question

We had an awesome weekend. Henry's two brothers, Clayton and Ryan came for the weekend. Saturday we spent the morning at Natalie and Ainsley's soccer games. Poor Natalie got hit in the face with the ball but after a little lovin' from her dad, she was back in the game. She told me later the boy who kicked the ball came up to her when she got back in the game and apologized. It meant a lot to her and shows the power of good sportsmanship and compassion.

Ainsley told us during her game she had a "deal buddy." She explained she made a "plan" and asked another little boy to join her. Her plan? "When the white team is down by the goal we guarded it and kicked the ball out. When the yellow team has the ball, we help them (she was on the yellow team). Henry nor I have talked to her about defense. Love that girl!

Saturday night we got a babysitter for the kids and took Ryan and Clayton downtown. We ate at a Tapas restaurant and then walked the Southside Flats to get dessert at The Milkshake Factory. We ended the night with a quick tour of Mt. Washington.

During the course of the evening Ryan brought up an excellent point. There should be a universal rule for who should call back when two callers get disconnected. As it is, when I'm disconnected many times we're both trying to call back getting voicemails or busy signals. Ryan thinks the person whose name is first in the alphabet should do the calling. Clayton thinks the person who was the original caller should be the one to call back. So I'm taking a vote. What do you think the international rule on dropped calls should be?
