My giant and I met in high school and have been married for over a decade. I cannot imagine living my life with anyone else.
Natalie is the typical first child - she loves to manage everyone including her parents and complete strangers. She collects things - anything really - and enjoys organizing and rearranging the contents of her drawers and shelves on nearly a daily basis. She is extremely sweet, rules-oriented, and loves giving people parting gifts to remember her by.
If anyone was made to be an Egyptian princess, it is our Ainsley. She loves being carried around and rubbed. She is an extremely happy child who seems to be singing 24/7 and will ham it up for a laugh.
Ryan is our miracle baby. We were told at 12 wks. in utero that he would never make it to 20 weeks. He was born with Pentalogy of Cantrell which includes ectopia cordis, omphalocele, herniated diaphragm, sternal cleft, and ventricular septal defect (VSD). Additionally, he has a missing PDA, pulmonary atresia, hypoplastic right heart syndrome (HRHS), and a cor triatriatum membrane in his heart. To read his full story, click on the labels Baby Boy (before birth story) and Ryan (since birth story).

I haven't started yet, but I am going to read: Made To Crave...by
Lysa Terkeurst
I have heard it was very good...and also motivating.
I read the Battle hymeof the mother tiger, it was very intresting. I LOVED The Help. Movie does not do it justice.
I am reading: Why I stayed by Gayle Haggard a personal bio of Ted Haggard's wife.
The Affair by Lee Child ( I LOVE his Jack Reacher series)
Rooms by James L Rubart was a good read too.
All on my Kindle, too much junk on my night stand for real books.
It feels kind of weird to comment on someone's blog I don't know ... but I've been reading your blog for quite some time so I guess I'm coming out of the closet, so to speak.
I'm currently reading Three to Get Deadly by Janet Evanovich. My sister turned me on to her books and this is the 3rd one in the Stephanie Plum series. I like them - funny, easy reads.
Oh I would love to hear your feedback about the hymn of the tiger mother, I heard lots of interviews with her on npr back last spring when we were in America and it intrigued me :) Loved the Help, and interested in your gardening book too... let me know what you think :)
"Desire to Inspire" Using Creative Pssion to Transform the World, by Christine Mason Miller
Lofty title, I will be happy if I can transform just one itty-bitty aspect of my life/home.
ooh, I loved the Help!! I think you'll enjoy it too.
Right now I'm reading War & Peace. I got sucked into it by Bobby. He now says that he isn't going to finish it but I'm going to try to because starting a book and not finishing it goes against my morals ;)
The Help... Love my Nook my daughter gave me for Christmas! Jean
